Directions: From US Hwy 50 west, turn right on 5th Street going north. Continue to Greenwood Ave. Our office is on the corner of 5th and Greenwood Ave on the right. Our parking lot is on the south side of the building and the access is between Macon Ave and Greenwood Ave.

We only see patients at this location on 2nd thursday of every month from approximately 9 am to 3 pm.

Directions: From US Hwy 50 West continue into Salida down US Hwy 50 (Rainbow Blvd). Keep traveling until you see the Bowl Lounge on your right, Cloud 9 Chiropractic and Day Spa will be on your left very soon. Turn left into parking lot of building.
